RHS
Flower Show 2009
Back to the roots...
'Grow your own fruit and vegetables' has
emerged as the message of the show and generated the imagination
and the interest of both the designers and the children school
competition entries for the 100,000 visitors expected to attend
this years show at Tatton, Knutsford.
New this year for 2009 are the Visionary
Gardens where the concepts
look to the future for inspiration. The
Tatton Park Young Designer Competition focuses on the young
up and coming talent who will no doubt steer our approaches in
the future to climate change and eco friendly solutions.
The large number of entries for the Schools
Competition bodes well
for the future created by pupils from 5 years to 16 years old.

Show Gardens showing the cream of design talent, Back to Back Gardens
for practical ideas that you can take home witjh you and put to
practice without breaking the bank.

My favourites are
the back-to-back gardens where you take a mini world-tour and step
smoothly from a Tuscan courtyard to a woodland in Cumbria.
